The main purpose of the same is to manage the selection of potential participants in employability projects (employment and entrepreneurship) of ACCIÓN SOCIAL ESPAÑA of ACCIÓN CONTRA EL HAMBRE, to contact and assess the suitability of the profile of the data subject to participate in the project.

The legitimacy is your consent in the terms described. The data are necessary, so that if you do not provide them we will not be able to contact you to participate in the selection process.

The data will be kept for the duration of the project and, once completed, for the legally established periods. There is a possibility that your data may have to be transferred to the entities that finance the project in order to justify the activities carried out within the framework of the project. They may also be shared with public bodies that request it in the performance of their duties and with other entities in order to collaborate in the development of the project. 

You have the right to withdraw the consent given. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability and limitation or opposition, by writing to the email address (datosaccionsocial@accioncontraelhambre.org), attaching a copy of your NIF/DNI. In addition, you can complain to the Control Authority (Spanish Data Protection Agency: www.aepd.es).
